At Splash Damage, I gained extensive experience crafting responsive AI behaviors and designing enemies for AAA multiplayer action-shooters, working within large multidisciplinary teams. At Milestone, I owned the design of Game Modes (systems, flows, and progression) for AA motorcycle racing games to ensure prolonged player engagement.

Supervised and mentored three Game Designers working on RIDE 4 Career Mode.
